Norfolk version of mozarella wins medal

Katherine Temple of Mrs Temples Cheese is Celebrating on the farm having been been awarded three Bronze medals for cheese at the British cheese awards held in Cardiff

Another exciting development is that planning applications are now fully   granted and Katerine is looking forward to commencing the construction of their biogas facility to turn  grass, cow poo and the whey from the  cheese production into electricity.  The earth movers are due in and in less than a year they should be totally self sufficient in energy and selling electricity into the national grid.
