The ideas exchange - redefining profit in the 21st century is the seventh in the popular series of ideas talks, hosted by the East of England Development Agency, aimed exclusively at leaders of the region's small and medium-sized businesses.
Liam Black chief executive of Fifteen, the chef apprenticeship programme for troubled young people created by Jamie Oliver in 2002 is chairing the event and keynote speakers include Tim Smit, chief executive and co-founder of the Eden Project
