2007 Award Winners Announced

TV Chef Galton Blackiston and Director of Jarrold Department Store Caroline Jarrold judged the Produced In Norfolk Environment Awards which were sponsored this year by Redorange and Anglia Print Solutions

There were four categories; the Anglia Print Solutions Most Innovative which was won by Iceni Brewery and Most improved which was won by The Herbary The winners of the art/craft award was Specialist Bouquet Preservation and the Redorange food award was won by Strattons

Speaking about the awards Galton Blackiston explined that the competition was extremely close; Strattons received high praise for their inspirational work in promotinbg environmental sustainabilty "they are a standard that all busineesses should aim for". The Herbary were praised for their reduced use sprays

Caroline Jarrold complemented Specialist Bouquet Preservation on her outstanding green credentials in the wedding market and  Iceni Brewery on growing his own hops and the way he promoted Norfolk grown barley.
