Based in Thurning, Norfolk and run by Nell Montgomery who breeds her own rare breed pigs which made Giles Coren from The Times go weak at the knees, "This was the most extraordinary pie I have ever known". At the first Golden Triangle Farmers Market they sold 400 in 1 hour and people just keep coming back for more. Once eaten never forgotten!

Lambs4Ewe

Alburgh, Norfolk

Jimmy Denny has spent all his life on his Alburgh farm, near Harleston, which was purchased by his father in the 1950s. He and wife Sara took over the farm twenty years ago and grow arable crops and have 110 ewes that are mainly Suffolk Cross bred with a Charolais Ram. The sheep are all kept in small flocks on large meadows. The meat is butchered on the farm and they sell chops, joints, sausages and burgers.
