The Fringe Objectives
The objectives of the festival are:
- To introduce to the public the delicious Norfolk produce which is high in taste, low in food miles and great for the local economy
- To celebrate the quality and diversity of the superb independent food and drink producers of Norfolk.
- To make visitors to Norfolk and Norwich aware of the quality of Norfolk’s producers and where they can be found in independent retailers, delicatessens, B&B’s, Pubs and Hotels
