Our Spice Kits and Easy Mixes produce delicious spicy dishes, from aromatic appetizers such as onion bhajis to authentic spicy curries, offering value-for-money products without compromising on taste or quality. It doesn’t matter if you are unsure about what spices and ingredients to use because our products, with their ready-prepared herb and spice blends and simple-to-follow recipe instructions on the pack, do all the hard work for you. Our customers already enjoy using our spice kits to cook Chicken Jalfrezi, Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Rogan Josh, Bombay Potatoes, Aloo Gobi and Spiced Dahl, and our Easy Mixes to make Onion Bhajis and Vegetable Pakoras. Now our successful range of kits and mixes has been expanded to include:- CHICKEN KORMA - with Persian and Turkish roots my version of this special royal dish is more flavoursome than the bland take-away version, but is still mild-medium in its spiciness. GOAN-STYLE PORK VINDALOO - originating in Goa, on the south-western Indian coast, this rather hot, sweet and sour dish is a spiced version of a Portuguese dish. THAI GREEN CURRY - This Green Curry spice kit produces an unctuous creamy dish, its richness is tempered with the balance of spices, fish and soy sauces, dark sugar and citrus. THAI RED CURRY - With all the authentic balance and flavours of the native original, this is adapted for British tastes with specially blended hot spices, finished off with creamy coconut milk.
