We offer from resident apiaries traditional Norfolk honey, a blend of nectars gathered by the bees through the season. In wild locations honeybees can sometimes produce fine flavoured unique to plant honeys, such as blackthorn, hawthorn, clover, lime, honeydew and ivy. These are available as specialist honeys
Traditionally hand prepared exceptional pickles and chutneys made on the premises using local ingredients whenever possible. Our Chutneys and Pickles are of high quality and unique, using local fresh produce when in season, We use traditional methods without artificial additives and flavouring, cooked in small quantities open oanned. Our pickles are made using malt, wine and cider vinegars together with open spices and salts, matured ready to eat.
Channel's Norfolk Preserves was started in 1990 with 1 product and has grown over the years; we currently have 13 products in the range, and are always looking to add more. We supply local farm shops and delicatessens throughout Norfolk and Suffolk ( We have been exporting our products to Belgium for the last 10 years.
Ebenezer Cottage Using produce grown within our vegetable, fruit and herb gardens, sometimes using surplus from friends orchards, we use our family recipes to produce homemade chutneys, pickles, jams and jellies and thirst quenching cordials. Also pamper yourself, families and friends with our homemade herbal toiletries and gift baskets.
