Our free range turkeys and geese are grown to full maturity before being processed on the farm and dry plucked by hand in the old traditional way. Then to add quality and flavour, the birds are graded and hung in chillers for at least 7 days, to make them exceptionally tender and succulent, unlike much of today's factory processed foods.
